Logos
We are very proud of our logo, please follow these guidelines to ensure it always looks its best. Our logo is the simplest and most recognizable representation of the Employee Navigator brand.
Overview
Logos establish brand identity and recognition across all experiences. The system includes two primary logo variants: the Full Logo (icon + wordmark) and the Icon Logo (icon only).
The full logo should be used to introduce the brand and provide clarity, while the icon logo supports the brand in space-constrained or repeat contexts. Consistent use of each variant helps maintain a clear visual hierarchy and reinforces brand recognition.
File format
Always use the SVG format of the logo whenever possible. SVG is a scalable format that ensures perfect legibility at any size.
Guidelines
Dos
- Use the Full Logo when introducing the brand or when brand clarity is required.
- Use the Icon Logo in small or constrained spaces where the full logo is not legible.
- Use the Full Logo for external-facing materials and first impressions.
- Use the Icon Logo for product UI, navigation, and utility contexts.
- Ensure the logo maintains adequate clear space and minimum size at all times.
- Use approved logo files and color variants only.
Don’ts
- Don’t use the Icon Logo as the first or only brand reference in a layout.
- Don’t switch between the Full Logo and Icon Logo arbitrarily.
- Don’t place the Full Logo at sizes where the wordmark becomes unreadable.
- Don’t combine the icon with custom text outside of the official wordmark.
- Don’t alter logo proportions, spacing, or orientation.
Variants
Each variant serves a distinct purpose. Correct usage ensures consistency, clarity, and brand recognition across all touchpoints.
| Variant | Description | Example Use |
|---|---|---|
| Full Logo | Primary brand mark combining icon and wordmark | Website headers, marketing pages, presentations, email headers & signatures |
| Icon Logo | Compact brand mark using icon only | App icons, favicons, navigation bars, avatars, UI toolbars |
The logos have different color themes, the primary theme is the green icon with blue wordmark. White versions can be used on dark backgrounds. Logo usage may vary depending on layout constraints, hierarchy, and repetition.
- Use the Full Logo for the first brand appearance on a page or screen.
- Use the Icon Logo for subsequent or repeated appearances once the brand has been established.
- Use the Icon Logo when the full logo would fall below minimum size or lose legibility.
- In navigation or persistent UI elements, ensure the full logo appears elsewhere in the experience before using the icon alone.
